Love on the Cross
West Campus Easter Assembly
Easter or Passover is a day of heartfelt remembrance. It is the day that we remember Christ’s sacrifice that He would give His own life to save us, and that He has resurrected and came back to life! Overtime, as we continue to celebrate this event and get carried away in other festive activities, we might forget the true meaning behind His sacrifice. However, praise the Lord for His love, because His love never ceases!
At the West Campus, we harken back to the Bible to remind us of the true meaning of Easter, or in other words, what His sacrifice means for all of us on the cross. It was His blood that was shed to redeem us all, and afterwards He died on the cross. However, God showed His glory and our Redeemer lives! We praise Him for His love and mercy over us, that we are given His saving grace so that we will not perish.
Let’s take a look at the gallery below to see how we celebrated Easter during our morning assembly!
