Celebrating God’s Faithfulness

Every school graduation is special. The air is filled with bitter-sweet emotion, deep gratitude, and excitement for what the future holds. However, at Ichthus School, school graduation is cherished as something more than just a monumental and sentimental event. It is a meaningful reminder of God’s unwavering faithfulness.

The journey to graduation is rarely easy. Throughout our academic journey, we experience many things in the classroom, such as challenging exams, rigorous cramming, emotional moments of academic growth; but also, laughter is shared, many birthday parties spent together, creative moments during groupwork and projects, hilarious inside jokes that can only be understood within the classroom, precious Homeroom sessions where we bond, and the many powerful prayers shared in the classroom where we grow in Christ together.

Countless memories were shared together, from Grade 1 to Grade 12. As we reflect on our years in the classroom, we give thanks to the Lord for all the bright and emotional moments that we shared, proving His constant endearing love for us.  Therefore, we celebrate not only the academic achievements and journey we’ve made so far, but also His faithfulness. May every graduate remember that their story is also a testimony of His goodness, and we pray that they would continue to walk in faith and be the light & salt of the Earth, just as how God called them to be.
