Ichthus School is able to accept enrollments from all Indonesian and expatriates students. The school accepts enrollments from students on a continuous basis until its class ranks are full (each class will contain no more than 24 students).

All students who wish to enter Ichthus School from a national school, will need to be assessed for English profieciency to help determine the student's ability to cope with the rigiours of the English language requirements.

Priority acceptance to the school will be given to Kinderland Preschool students and siblings of already enrolled students.

 Class Structure

Students will be assigned to classes according to their academic level and English proficiency. Generally, the Principal is responsible for allocating students to classes based on testing, observation and interview. Special requests from parents for deviations from the usual norms will be considered carefully, but the final decision rests with the Principal.

 Calendar

Ichthus School follows the academic calendar established by the National Government. Currently the school year is divided into two semesters, beginning in July. Students will attend classes Monday through Friday. Students do not attend classes on Saturdays unless stipulated by the school. The students will be given time off for national holidays as established by the government and holidays for the Christmas Season.
